1.4 What happens to the rights to my music?

You retain control over your rights. iGroove only receives the right to digitally distribute the songs you upload, and only for the platforms, stores, and countries that you specify. If our business relationship with you ends, we will retain the distribution rights for a further 12 months, after which these rights will revert to you.

Important: If you were already a customer with us before May 4th, 2024, the rights for songs that were uploaded as a product/release for publication before this date will revert to you immediately after the end of the contract term.
