1.4 Are there recurring costs with iGroove?

No, unlike other distributors, we do not have annual contributions or other recurring costs.

You only pay a one-time amount for creating the release. This amount is flat regardless of how many shops or countries you select.

Of the net revenue generated by the shops, iGroove pays out 92% to its customers. For more information, see point 4.1.

1.6 What to do in case of technical problems or general questions?

The iGroove support team will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Get in touch with us through the chat or write an email to [email protected]. From Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM we can be reached by Whatsapp (without voice messages!), as well as from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM additionally by telephone at +41 55 648 09 09.

1.5 How can I unsubscribe?

You can quit at any time. There is no minimum term or hidden cost to cancel.

1.3 What happens to my music rights?

Of course, you keep all rights to your music. We only need the rights for the digital distribution of the uploaded songs for the music stores and countries you select.

No. All you have to do is read and accept our terms and conditions, then you can start right away.
