1.6 What to do in case of technical problems or general questions?

The iGroove support team will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Get in touch with us through the chat or write an email to support@igroovenmusic.com. From Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM we can be reached by Whatsapp (without voice messages!), as well as from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM additionally by telephone at +41 55 648 09 09.
